Delicious Creamy Coleslaw with a twist

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
2 1/2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
1 cup grated carrots
1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup craisins
1/3 cup sunflowers seeds
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions
* Toss together the cabbage, carrots, broccoli, Craisins and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
* Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, honey and celery salt in a medium bowl. Pour the dressing over the shredded vegetables mixture and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Season with more salt and pepper before serving.

Tuna Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

- 4 cups mini shells pasta, cooked al dente
- 2 cans tuna (drained)
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 2 cups real mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Delicious Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1 fresh rotisserie chicken, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1.2 cup chopped apple (Golden Delicious works well)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 stick of celery, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or more to desired creaminess)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve on your favorite sandwich bread or on top of a bed of greens.

We are back in lock down, with limited access to the restaurant business! Delicious will be delivering door to door, from scratch lunches, Monday thru Friday.

Perfect for students, seniors, work from home employees, office staff, zoom lunch meetings.

$10/per person flat fee in the city of Hamilton. Additional $3 delivery charge within the Burlington, Oakville, Ancaster area.
