I am super excited to share with you my Peruvian Food Menu Special!

LOMO SALTADO: I have a classic beef stir-fry with onions, bell peppers, and spices. The Lomo Saltado is a Peruvian delicacy that I am proud to share with you.

PAPA A LA HUANCAINA: is a Peruvian dish of boiled potatoes in a spicy, creamy sauce made of cheese and sautéed yellow Peruvian peppers, onion, garlic and spices.

CEVICHE: I have a hearty ceviche made with fresh seafood, lime juice, and chili peppers. Served with sweet potatoes.
