The mix is a composed of:

The taste is just DELICIOUS not too sweet!!

1- Mini burger made with homemade bread, avocado sauce, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, halal meat, garnished with a small piece of asparagus
2- Vegetarian salted cake topped with whipped cream cheese
3- Mini quiche made with homemade sable dough, grounded meat, caramelized onions and mozzarella
4- Mini Batbout made with homemade bread, avocado sauce, lettuce, breast chicken, Camembert cheese

It’s all about simplicity…. That’s the outcome of my wedding, it was DELICIOUS ❤️
thanks to the bride & groom who trusted me and allowed me to add my touch to their beautiful wedding !!
All the guest loved it, a lot of them asked for a second & third piece 😍😍
Thanks to my partner and to my friend who helped me with all the setup 💪

This two tiers cake weighs more than 11 kgs , rich with authentic flavours, every flavours was homemade :
-Molly cake
- Swiss Meringue-butter cream
- dark Chocolate ganache with
- Mascarpone Raspberry cream
- Parline almond cream
- Callebaut white chocolate ganache flavoured with coffee
-Almond praline (homemade almond paste)
- Raspberry purée picked from the farm
- nuts
- chopped Sable biscuit to add a crunchy mash to the cake.
- Decoration: dry flowers 💐

My best recipe for the moist Banana Cake ever 😍😍 You should really try it . . 2 to 3 bananas 1/2 cup butter at room temperature 3/4 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1+ 1/2 cup flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda Salt 1/2 cup walnuts roasted and shopped 1/2 cup chocolate chips (or raisins) . Bake for 55min in a preheated oven at 350 F . .
