Happy prom day! A reminder for those picking up corsages and boutonnières today; please do not put them in the fridge. The average household fridge is too cold for them, the petals will turn brown. Our coolers here are set specifically to keep the florals happy! It’s best to place them in a cool/dark area such as a basement or fruit cellar. 🌷😌💝

Here are some easy ways you can help your florals last longer;

A: Cut stems on an angle, this allows more area for water to travel up the stem
B: Change the water!!! Everyday if not every other day, this is very important for happier healthier flowers.
C: Use a clean vase. If it’s not clean enough for you to drink out of, why make your flowers drink from it?
D: avoid direct sunlight and hot areas; your flowers will open up faster.
E: Flower food is a must. If you don’t have any, a good alternative is sugar.
