With lots of love, and a heavy heart we must announce:
Due to unforseen circumstances, we are cancelling our show. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported our journey so far!
We understand that this announcement may be abrupt, and that there may be questions as to what lead to the cancellation. We are more than happy to answer any questions about refunds, but we ask for your restraint with asking us to elaborate on the reasons for the cancellation for the time being.

We have been met with an astounding amount of love and support and we couldn't be more grateful. All of us have learned and grown so much on this journey, and were able to have fun with it along the way!

To those of you who have donated to our Go Fund Me, or who have purchased tickets - Thank you so much for your support! We will be refunding you in full, but we are keeping you in our hearts.

To everyone else who participated in our trivias, shared our links, talked about us with your friends, or even just pretended to listen while any one of us nerded out about this project - From the bottom of our mother truckin' hearts, thank you.

10 years this international performer has been performing from coast to coast. They are only known as DeVery Bess and it’s a promise

DeVery is playing the part of W***y Fiddler, a lonely ranch dressing truck driver who doesn't belong. A shy, sweet lil trucker will inject the sauce of love straight in to your heart.

It’s ! This is dedicated to our photoshoot with .guest and , and of course with help from and some family members of - We wouldn’t have had trucks or photos without them!

We shot all of this in Airdrie, AB on a hot spring afternoon. We posed on vehicles, drove in circles, and had a gay old time! .guest was such a joy to work with. They even got down and dirty to get some pretty iconic shots. All of us here at the Q***rdom Convoy hope you enjoy what we created that day, because we had a blast!!

Welcome back to - Trucker Superstition Fun Facts!

The Vanishing Hitchhiker

There are stories world wide of the Vanishing Hitchhiker. Usually, a driver picks up a hitchhiker in the middle of the night. The hitchhiker is dead silent, pointing in the direction they are headed whenever the driver asks them questions. Eventually, the truck driver will look away, look back, and the hitchhiker is gone. Spooky!

A stretch of highway in the US, approximately 217km long, is responsible for some 20 deaths per year. While a lot of those deaths are reportedly from alcohol abuse in the area, many of them apparently can’t be explained (Could we find any resources on this? No. But we want to believe!).
Truckers claim to see everything from ghosts to UFO’s on the Devil's highway. Drivers beware!

Happy ! Here's a tip from our *very* friendly rancher, Kenny Jackimov about how he takes care of himself when times are hard:

“When times are hard - like your best friend giving birth in the back of a bus, stumbling upon a murder victim, waterboarding gone wrong hard - I have a few tricks up my sleeve to keep me going. First - I dance. There’s a special kind of magic to dancing like Kevin Bacon in Footloose in the warehouse, all wild and sweaty– but in the barn instead. I also like to cuddle with the animals for some creature comforts and emotional support when Clitus isn’t around. When all else fails– a nice, long, vigorous roll in the hay usually does the trick!”

“When I’m feeling worn out and weary by the weight of the world (or the relentless neediness of my *lovely* children), I have just the trick! I like to fill my tub up with warm, luxurious, fragrant, slippery bubbles. I pour myself a nice, tall glass of wine and relax into the water. All while listening to the greatest recordings of my glory days, of course! Nothing is more relaxing than a warm soak, a nice deep drink of barefoot moscato, and my own soothing voice washing away all of my problems. Why, it’s my own little slice of paradise.”

Happy ! Today we are throwing back to our recording session!

We had a blast recording our lines for the Q***rdom Convoy show! When we (Julie Hamdrews, DeVery Bess, Ether Rich, and Osmo Cis) get together it is almost always a riot!!

We are so grateful to the Q***rdom Fighters who tuned in and were able to witness our antics live! It took us three run-throughs but we got our recording in in one session!! That's a win in our books!

Today we are keeping that momentum going with rehearsals! We talked the talk, now it's time to figure out how to walk the walk!!

One of the first popular line dances was "The Madison", made popular on the Buddy Deane show in 1960. A version of this is was featured in the John Waters movie Hairspary, and continues to be performed in the Broadway musical.

Did you know that line dancing exploded in the 1980's, when musicians began to write country western songs specifically for the creation of line dances?

Billy Ray Cyrus "Achy Breaky Heart" has been credited for launching line dancing in to the mainstream. It reached #1 on the country music charts in 1992 and was a crossover hit at #4 on pop music charts!
A popular year for line-dance related music, 1992 also saw "Boot Scootin' Boogie", by Brooks & Dunn also reached #1 on the country music charts.
