Tips to make the most out of your wedding bouquets!

- When walking down the aisle, hold the bouquet close to your hip and stomach so your photographer can capture amazing photos
- Incorporate your bouquets into the head table after the ceremony by placing them in vases of water, or laying flat with a garland
- Practice throwing your bouquet before your bouquet toss! Use a pillow or a squishy ball
- Consider using a faux bouquet option such as wood dyed florals for a bouquet that lasts a lifetime
- Plan in advance if you want to preserve your flowers afterwards!

Read below for 5 meaningful ways to include your fiancée in the wedding planning process!

1. Start by sharing your wedding vision together! What are you both MOST excited about? Chance’s are, they’ve already got some great ideas.
2. What are their strengths? Are they a foodie, a math whiz, a music lover? They could take the lead on menu planning, researching and budgeting, or selecting a DJ or band for the wedding. Delegate some wedding planning responsibilities based on areas they can shine in, not just busywork.
3. Make the task of creating a guest list and invitations less daunting by having your fiancée manage their portion of the guest list. Not just by handing you a slip of names, but by finding addresses, filling in invitations, and stamping them. Have a shared RSVP tracker where they can fill in their guests’ responses.
4. Creating a wedding registry is one of the most fun parts of wedding planning! Including your fiancée is a great way to take part not only in the planning, but in creating a home together.
5. Schedule special wedding planning date days/nights by visiting your favourite park, coffee shop, or local wine bar. Take some time away to de-stress and review your to do list. This can help keep the wedding planning process productive while still being enjoyable and exciting!

Come build a Halloween invitation with me! One of my FAVOURITE parts about hosting any event is the invitation! A thoughtful invitation can set the mood for the entire event and get your guests excited before it begins! I love adding extra little accents that tie the entire design together. The theme for this party is vintage circus. We were inspired to use paper candy bags, vintage admission tickets, and tie the stationary together with ribbon and various small accent tickets.
