🌟 Behind the scenes of prep day! 🌟

Every event requires a lot of work behind the scenes to make sure everything goes smoothly. From packing all the essentials to making sure chairs are straight...it's a lot of moving parts—but SO worth it when you walk down the aisle!

From a coordinator's point of view, here’s a little peek at what goes into getting ready for the big day:

Making sure notes, decor lists and timelines are up to date ▪️ Ensuring business licenses valid and printed ▪️ Sending all set-up details to our set-up team ▪️ reach out to all your vendors to send them our contact info for the day-of ▪️ Answer any last-minute questions ▪️ Loading up the car (aka the Tetris puzzle of all my supplies) ▪️ Picking up any additional desserts or flowers for the day ▪️ And of course, my morning coffee to keep the energy high ☕️

It's always a mix of excitement and a little bit of last-minute hustle—but we wouldn't have it any other way.

What a backdrop! ⛰️

It's hard not to catch feelings when you not only have a scenic backdrop onto the hillsides of Alberta but also get to witness the love that this couple has for eachother. 🥰

No matter how long we do this, each ceremony is always unique and we love watching couples take that next step together surrounded by family and friends. It's never lost on us how important and special these moments are.
