Bessie grew up baking with her father who was a baker in the Phillippines before completely a course in baking and pastry arts in Hong Kong. Since graduating Bessie has been perfecting her craft and we are so fortunate and thankful to have her working at Roma Catering. She not only brightens our days with her delightful goodies but her beautiful smile and warm personality!
