Warning, super addictive 😁😁😁 Use all organic ingredients if possible. For the crust:

150 g macadamian nuts ( soak nuts overnight to remove toxins)
110 g dates (or maple syrup, or raw honey,)
2 tbsp raw cacao
20 g coconut oil/ grass fed butter
45 g coconut flour
For the filling

170 g ripe avocado (2 avocados)
100 ml nut milk ( I used a cashew one)
40 g raw cacao
50 g honey
45 g coconut oil/butter
Instructions:

Soak the dates in warm water to be easily blended. In a food processor, put the dry ingredients for the crust – the nuts, cacao and the coconut flour. Add the dates, drain the water off and the coconut oil/butter and mix. It should become like a sticky dough. In a 20 cm pan over waxed paper, put the crust and press it, until it covers all the bottom and a bit of space from the walls. Place it in the fridge to set.

In the same food processor, add the avocado flesh and all the ingredients for the filling. Blend until it looks consistent and pour it into the chocolate crust. Sprinkle more chopped macadamian nuts, coconut flakes or whatever you like and leave for 3 hours in the fridge.

Food is medicine. Only put in your temple, the best and most nourishing food you can find. Don’t forget your mind, body, and spirit are connected. Nourishment is not just for the body. Have you been to natures super market lately ? It’s called foraging and trapping/hunting. Superfoods for free! My latest finds. 1. Turkey tail mushrooms to make a potent immunity boosting tea. Fresh crab which is full of omega 3, B12, and selenium. Last but not least, young nettles! This superfood is like a natural multivitamin with too many minerals to name. So good for you! Plus if you do it barefoot , you get the added benefits of grounding and forest bathing! What have you been foraging ? Comment below!

Are you lucky enough to live in a place where you can forage nettles?
Stinging nettle’s leaves and root provide a wide variety of nutrients, including (1):
Vitamins: Vitamins A, C and K, as well as several B vitamins
Minerals: Calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium
Fats: Linoleic acid, linolenic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and oleic acid
Amino acids: All of the essential amino acids
Polyphenols: Kaempferol, quercetin, caffeic acid, coumarins and other flavonoids
Pigments: Beta-carotene, lutein, luteoxanthin and other carotenoids
What’s more, many of these nutrients act as antioxidants inside your body. Yummy. My favorite way to enjoy nettles is slightly blanched, in nettle tea and making nettle pesto. How do you enjoy nettles ? Comment below! 😘😽🤤

Today we are going to make a light tangy vinaigrette that’s full of vitamin C and probiotics. Great to prevent viruses and to boost your gut health which is over 70% of your overall health.

Ingredients

Juice from 3 medium oranges
equal amount of spring water
1 tablespoon miso paste
1 tablespoon Mct oil
Medium clove of finely chopped garlic
1/2 tablespoon of salt and add more to taste
Choice of freshly chopped herbs
(Green onions, basil or dill)
3 drops of Lemon, lime, lemongrass essential oil (optional)

Use blender or hand blender to blend all ingredients for 9 seconds. Enjoy!
