They wanted floral RTD cocktails, so this is what we did:⁠
⁠
From planning to ex*****on, we helped curate aesthetically pleasing cocktails (and mocktails!) showcasing local RTD cocktail and craft beer brands. Rather than just pour and done, we designed premium garnishes to pair perfectly with the flavors. ⁠
⁠
collaborated with and produced a Hibiscus Rosehip & Black Currant Wheat Ale. ⁠
⁠
With that as our starting point, we opted for dried hibiscus flowers for the cosmo, a pink cocktail made of carbonated water, vodka, real lime and cranberry juice, and natural orange flavour.⁠
⁠
For the Lemon Drop, we had a sugar rim with a lemon wheel and a sprig of ⁠
⁠
To differentiate it from the DRY Lemon Drop, we forgo the sugar rim (less sugar for those health conscious drinkers!)⁠
⁠
Bellini had a thyme sprig, one of my personal favorite herbs! Delicious smell and striking visuals with the orange cocktail popping against the green herb. ⁠
⁠
Last, but certainly not the least...the most popular drink of the event... THE LIME MARGARITA. DRY! Immediately we decided this had to have a tajine rim and lime wedge. Pretty sure this will be THE drink of 2024. ⁠

All of course poured into the luxurious glassware.⁠
⁠
