Celebrating 50 Years !! The BCOT Executive team are looking forward to hosting our IVTMX Race here at Agassiz MX Park August 3rd/4th.

Here is some important information that you should know.

- All Vet 30 plus riders are welcome!
- Under 30 Support classes for Expert - Intermediate - Novice.
- Women's class open to all ages.
- Large wheel only please. Sorry, NO SMALL WHEEL CLASSES

PRACTICE:
- NO practice available on Friday due to water restrictions - we are saving the on site water reservoirs for Saturday and Sunday . Watering lots on Friday as well to groom and prepare for excellent track conditions.
- FYI - Popkum is another track about 15 minutes away - open Thurs to Monday
- Agassiz Track Practice - Saturday 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM
- Sunday 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

RACING:
9:00 AM -5 moto format with 3 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday for most classes. Race Schedule to be finalized and posted shortly after signup on Saturday morning.

CAMPING:
- Pit Area and at Elm Park right beside the track
- $10 per night
- Gates open Friday 8AM - Close at 10PM

SIGN UP:
- We encourage sign up on Friday if possible to avoid rush.
- No online sign up available - Forms can be downloaded from BCOT website, https://www.bcotmotocross.com printed, and pre-filled out.
- we accept Cash, Credit Card, Debit
- Sign up times : Friday - 12-1PM , 3PM -4PM , 6PM - 7PM
- Sign up Saturday; 6:30AM - 7:30AM
- Very important to complete the online Agassiz MX Track Insurance Waiver. https://bcotmotocross.speedwaiver.com/
- Must be member of a IVTMX Club
- Local BCOT Memberships available $25 per year

Do you have some time this weekend to join our upcoming work party? It's the final weekend as we get ready to host the International Vet Series Race here at Agassiz August 3rd/4th.. Lots of extra effort from many of the members have helped us to accomplish so much over the last few weeks. We just need finish off a few more things.

We are looking for volunteers to help out on Saturday July 27th starting at 9:00 AM or anytime throughout the day...come join us!

Even if you can spend a few hours walking the track and picking rocks or trimming back some of the vegetation, everything helps to make a big difference.

Please call or text Chris Veale at 604-308-3362. Let him know your skills and if you have any tools/equipment that you can help out with including: w**d trimmers, lawnmowers, chain saws, rakes, small tractor with wagon, side x side, hammers, saw, shovels, etc.

List of things to do:

- Finish New fence installation
- Track clean up ( rake, rock picking and removal)
- clean up start gate
- W**d whacking, remove overgrown bushes, branches etc.
- Grass cutting
- Collect debris and dispose
- Painting/sanding picnic tables
- Track watering in the evening to prepare for Sunday's practice

Food and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
Stay for the evening and camp out Saturday night...ride Sunday.
Work hard...join the team....have fun! ......and play even harder! .....Braaapp!

LET'S START A DISCUSSION! Here at Moto Energy we have been out talking to dealers and riders. There is some talk and hesitation from some riders to register as they may be intimidated by the course being a little bit much for their first introduction to Endurocross. We can assure all riders we are listening and we intend to make a safe rideable track for all skill levels that will also lend itself to technical sections that the higher level riders will be able to seperate themselves. Our history of building tracks goes way back with over 20 years of building indoor motorcycle racing tracks catering from riders 4 years old and up! While we have posted a few ideas for the course at Chilliwack we are not set in stone! Below is another adaptation we are considering. We want to hear from you, give us feedback. We want these Endurocross events to grow and we want all of you to be a part of growing the sport of Endurocross here in Canada so that we can see future champions on the world stage!
