Not even the rain on Saturday could dampen the spirits or kill the vibe at the annual Carnival North at the The Collingwood Brewery. Here’s the plan, fam:

No High Heels: Trust us, leave the stilettos at home. Ain’t nobody want to be sinking in the mud when di soca beat drop! 🥁

Old Sneakers: Pull out those trusty old kicks—you’ll need them to jump up and dance the night away! 👟

Light Clothing: Keep it cool and comfy. A lil’ rain never hurt nobody, and yuh might just cool off from all that dancing! 🌞 *although, sugar melts in the rain...*😁

Waterproof Mascara: Yuh know we always looking good, even in the rain. Keep yuh glam on point with some waterproof mascara. 💁🏽‍♀️

It’s a Fete, Not a Runway: But let’s be real, we West Indians always DRESS up, rain or shine! 😎✨

So grab yuh umbrella, yuh friends, and get ready to fete, come rain or shine! Because when we say rain can’t stop di vibes, we mean it! See you tomorrow at Carnival North—it’s going to be fun!🎉
