Our Story

I'm a musician, song writer and producer. I’ve been playing music since the age of 12 so you can say it’s always been my passion, or maybe my passion is making people happy. I’m not entirely sure, but I do know they're both very important and that they happen to go hand in hand. So for the last 10 years or so, I've been performing live professionally. That means making real money from playing music (it’s kinda crazy but it’s true). I started out playing trumpet in my primary school band in grade 6. Since then I’ve picked up guitar, bass, drums and singing all by ear. Mostly I play live with my acoustic guitar at bars, restaurants, weddings and private parties. But when the right gig comes around I pull out my cover band which has some amazingly talented musician friends of mine based out of London, Ontario. We play everything from The Beatles to Weezer to Shania Twain. We’ve got our bases covered. However there’s always room for improvement and new songs to be learnt but I do not take for granted all my experience from playing in front of a crowd. There’s something special about having a whole room full of people sharing a moment together. One of the first lessons I've learnt is that variety is good, sometimes people want to sing and dance and sometimes they just want to relax and listen. It's definitely a skill in being able to play the right song at the right time, and when everybody is singing the Pina Colada song there's no better feeling in the world.
