If you’re past the point of a full-service wedding planner, an alternative option is a day-of coordinator. A day-of wedding coordinator will typically assist with setting up and organizing the ceremony and reception, liaising with vendors, overseeing decor, and making sure that the day runs smoothly. They will also be on hand to handle any problems that may arise, and to provide support and guidance to the couple and their families.

If you’re the type of couple who already booked your vendors and have your vision set, I always suggest a day-of coordinator. YOU should take the day to relax and enjoy while the coordinator carries the weight of the timeline.

Over the last 12 years, we’ve embraced change, overcome challenges and celebrated success. In doing so, we’ve grown so much from when Events by Carlo just began and decided it was time for a change. 

We’d like to introduce Caza Amato. Our new name, our new look, our new business. We’ve expanded our services to offer Event Planning, Interior Design and Personal Styling. More ways to serve you, our beloved clientele. We’re excited for this new chapter and can’t wait to share the journey with you all.
