Why follow this page? This is a page for me to share some of my creative content and the process to make new things. I love to create with fun and beautiful textiles and am always making something new and inspired. Follow my weird and silly creative adventure through cosplay, costuming, design, art, and fashion. p and hospitality. Families would hang pineapples outside their homes to perfume the entryway and make it welcoming to guests. *Pineapples are also delicious.* My cosplay name includes my own name "Jill" because I like my name, and "Pineapple" because like a pineapple, I want to be welcoming. � Be a pineapple, stand tall, wear a crown, & be sweet on the inside. My Goal:
� Spread kindness on everyone like confetti. In the creative spaces, and in fashion and cosplay specifically, there can be a lot of negativity and judgment. I think we are all so much more similar than we are different, and we are all just tying our best. � I'm taking a step to be better than I was. I will continue to be kind to others and lift them up, and I will also be kind to myself and my art.

ART Barbie costume by me inspired by

I am super excited with how this costume turned out! I also really enjoy solving the problem of how to create the thing and how to make it all wearable.

This costume is a concept piece that is heavily inspired by the incredible costume and fashion designer Bob Mackie.

One day I'd love to work as a full-time fashion designer and costumer, making fashion, clothes, costumes, and drag. I've done a few commissions, but this type of creation is something that makes my brain and my heart so happy.

When one of your best buddies throws a Pirate themed wedding reception its the perfect excuse to go all out and get as on theme as ye can. We had an amazing time celebrating wirh the bride and groom and so many of our original Bluebird crew. It is kinda incredible that this friend group is as open and authentic and totally there for eachother still after more than 2 decades.

When I volunteered that I had a Rey Cosplay but didn't specify which version it was I decided to sew up a quick and dirty version of the Rey scavenger outfit. (Very conveniently I already made alot of other peices that work with scavenger Rey for my Training Rey) and my incredible freinds bought me the Rey saber for my birthday so I had the best lightsaber! thanks for the incredible gift, you spoil me.

Find people who make you laugh till your face is sore.

I am soo glad that .touch.o.sass invited me to go to Pretty Woman the Musical with her. We had a super fun time. So many compliments on our costumes and some people even thought we were on the promotional team with and lol. (Nope just 2 musical theater fangirls in costume.)

The best part (also worst part) of this jacket is the oversized hood. It covers my whole head down to my neck. Lol. Its great for scary parts of movies where I can't watch the screen, but ib regularly life it's also impossible to keep the hood in the most cute spot on my head cause I made it soooo big.
