Surprise 1/2 🎉
Paige here 👋🏻 excited to share that my husband and I are expecting our first child in February 2024.

This means we will have limited availability for next year while I soak in being a first time Mom & Grace enjoys being a first time Aunty ❤️.

That said, even though we will have limited 2024 dates, that does not mean we aren’t working behind the scenes on phase 2 of our business ✨ surprise #2 coming soon!!

ALSO, these amazing and cures onesies were made by Grace. She is SO talented and a honestly a Cricut wizard. Definitely gets our brains ticking about all the beautiful customs we could make for our lovely brides and grooms!

Pro Tip ✨
we recommended designating the first two rows to your special loved ones at your wedding ceremony. Guests can sometimes shy away from those seats, creating holes in the backdrop of your ceremony photos.

We also love to recommend the bride and grooms parents sit on opposite sides, so they can fully experience their daughter or son’s reaction to all the love 💓!

PRO TIP✨ picking your outdoor venue:

1. Distraction- free zone ✨
It’s your big day, so of course you want all eyes to be focused on you and your loved ones. This means taking into consideration the privacy of your space such as location ; is it close to major highways, busy traffic zones or other commercial spaces?
It’s also important to think about venue accommodations such as AV equipment and if there any any noise restrictions.

2. Flexibility and Amenities ✨
It is important to think of items that are out of our control. When looking for the perfect outdoor venue items such as an indoor space for any weather accommodations, shaded areas, outdoor heating lamps and bathrooms are very important when thinking about yours & your guests comfortability.

3. Photos ✨
We are sentimental gals and believe your photos are one of the most important aspects of your big day. It’s what you will look back on for years to come with your loved ones. So when thinking of an outdoor venue, it’s important to think of a space that has natural, unique and fun backdrops. When a venue has picturesque stops, it also provides your photographer with more ways to incorporate fun ideas and not repeat the same poses over and over.

We’re so excited to announce The Liber Events Co is officially open for 2023/2024 bookings 💓.

To start off with a little about us ✨ Grace and I are sisters and found our love for events at a young age. Growing up we’d binge TLC on weekends and then challenge one another to plan the perfect Pinterest wedding board.

Our primary background is in nursing. However, both completed our Wedding, Events & Social Planning certification at MRU in 2021 and gained experience last Summer.

2022 brought a lot of change, the biggest being the loss of our Grandpa (Gpa). He was a very kind and loving man who always lead with his heart. We chose to use our last name for the company in honour of him.

Planning and coordinating is just the beginning for us. This company has been a dream of ours for over 15 years and we are extremely excited to share our love, ideas and passion with all of you ✨.
