Well, that's a final wrap on the 2023 Santa season. Thank you to Magiclean Services again for the wonderful job of cleaning our suits. Now we can sit back and relax until Christmas in July 2024.

We can honestly say that 2023 was a Santa season for the record books. We tried a couple of new things, added new clients, and made some new friends. But, best of all, we managed to pass along to Ronald McDonald House Charities South Central Ontario a total of $1900 to continue their great work. Thank you to everyone we met, especially our ELF families. And yes, we are taking reservations for 2024 already. Happy New Year, to one and all!

A huge shout-out and many thanks to all our Fort Erie ELF families that have been a part of our annual fundraiser for years now who hosted us once again yesterday. There will be photos and an update later because we have one last Special Visit today.

Just caught one of the Pixies sharing a Christmas treat with Clarice, Rudolph's girlfriend. Everyone is busy today preparing for the Big Night but we still find time to enjoy a moment of friendship or relaxation. We all hope that people are doing the same today. Merry Christmas!

We stopped in to see one of our acquired grandkids tonight. Over the years, we have added remarkable people to our family. Special K and her family are among our favs. Two more sleeps and we'll get to spend time with a couple more of our acquired granddaughters.

Just a reminder to all Scout Elves, both old and new style, that everyone is expected back at the North Pole by Christmas Eve so that we can have all hands on deck to load the sleighs and harnass the reindeer teams.

Themba (means Hope and Trust) is one of the Aziza who live and work here at the North Pole. She wanted to remind everyone that this is the time of the year when we traditionally look to one another to lift everyone up, that is a time for sharing our good fortune and our belief that all will be well. Themba is also our coordinator for Kwaanza celebrations and wants us ALL to remember the Nguzu Saba, the seven principles: Unity, Self-determination, Collective Responsibility, Cooperative Economics, Purpose, Creativity, and Faith. When we work together, we build a better society together.
