I hope you’re all having a great Thursday! This is Nicole (assistant/driver/mom lol). I just realized that Chase forgot to make a post last night, so I thought I would make one just in case any messages come in over the next few days!

He left this morning on vacation with his dad and will be back in Canada next week! Chase takes care of all of his own messages and bookings now so I just wanted to put this out there in case you don’t hear back right away!

Happy one year in business Chase!! Most of you may not know this, but he just turned 15 in January!

Thank you to everyone that has followed his page, hired him for an event, shared a post or anything at all 😍

I usually help him a with making sure everything is all organized, but I’ve been out of the country for the past month and in a completely different zone. I’m so proud of him for being so responsible and making sure everything has been taken care of and all messages/emails have been answered.

Hi everyone! I know it’s been a while since I posted, but I’m still offering parties on the weekends! I haven’t been advertising because I am only offering one party a day on weekends while I am in school. With the holidays coming up, I will have some extra availability!

I offer birthday party entertainment but I am also available for any Christmas parties or events that you may have!

Hey everyone!

Chase here, thank you all so much for the bookings! Unfortunately though, I am going to stop doing in house parties. Everything else is perfectly okay, just no more in house parties. If you have already had yours booked then it is completely okay and it will still be delivered but from this point forward I will not be visiting houses for parties.

Hi everyone! We arrived home late last night! Chase is scheduled for a party tomorrow and a few on Saturday! We will be contacting those bookings this evening and double checking that we have received the completed contracts with all of the party information 🤗

If you’ve messaged him anytime over the past 12 days, he has not read it yet. We didn’t do any work at all while we were away but he will be getting back to you over the next few days!

We hope that everyone had a great Easter weekend! We took a few days away from social media. I was away for basketball and my mom’s best friend since they were in kindergarten came to visit for a few days!

We just had our Easter today. We’ll get back to any unanswered emails and messages tomorrow!

Thank you so much to all of the new followers and for the new party requests! This has been my busiest party weekend yet and we will be getting to the new email requests in the evenings. Everyone that messages this inbox does get the same automatic message. It’s the easiest way to make sure everyone gets a reply quickly with all of the important information!

Hey everyone! I just wanted to make sure that no one thinks that we aren’t answering their inbox questions on purpose!

There are so many inbox messages coming in and we have a detailed process that we feel is the best way to make sure that no one is missed!

Any messages that come into the inbox will receive an automatic message to let them know that we will be sending a detailed reply shortly.

Every message then receives a copy/paste of a message that we have prepared which includes his rate, what a booking includes, dates that he will be out of town and the email address to contact if you would like to proceed.

Once an email is received and we confirm that your requested date/time is available, we send you a contract!

We hold a requested time for 48 hours without a deposit. Once a deposit is made and the contract is returned, you are added to his final calendar.

This is just an overview of the very detailed process that we have in place! We would love to be able to respond to each and every little message or question that comes in, but I wouldn’t get anything else done all day long. This way, we know that anyone that emails us will have already read all of the details and are serious about a booking.
