Do you have skills and experience that include operational excellence in a demanding business as well as a proven track record for outstanding beverage service? Do you have impeccable presentation and clear communication skills to offer an unforgettable beverage experience for our guests?

We are seeking casual Bartenders to join our team of enthusiastic and experience driven individuals.

Responsibilities:
* Create a world class guest experience through interaction and adhering to Verdicchio Ristorante | Enoteca and Natura Event Space steps of service

* Mix and serve drinks following set standard recipes

* Oversee the operation of the bar including POS system, setup, tear down, mis en place, supplies etc..while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar, its equipment and supplies

* Complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers and non alcoholic selections

* Count and take inventory of all beverages and supplies

* Complete opening and closing + side duties efficiently

* At Least 3 years bartending experience in similar cocktail driven environments.

Hailing from Sault Ste. Marie, Trish is a multi-talented actor, producer, director, screenwriter, co-creator of the Sault Film Festival, partner in the new Sault Ste. Marie film studio, a recent Chamber of Commerce award winner and more!

Like so many growing up in the North, Trish initially felt she had to move to Toronto to pursue her dreams. After finding success with various TV and film roles abroad she returned to Sault Ste. Marie to create her own opportunities in her hometown.

She co-founded 180 Sisterhood Productions productions in 2019 and has since produced 5 films. With a goal of bringing Northern crew and filmmakers together, Trish also co-founded the Sault Film Festival. in 2020. 180 Sisterhood Productions was the also the recipient of the 2022 Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Business Achievement Award.

Wood oven cooked pizzas are now available on our dining menu. To ensure we can continue using the oven and making pizzas throughout the year, we installed a wood oven in our kitchen. With this new addition, we have launched a new restaurant concept called Legna Wood Oven Cooking.

Right now pizzas are only available for patio dining.

We are excited to be opening our patio Friday June 11 as the province reopens the economy.
Our patio will be open Friday and Saturday of this week, along with our regular takeout Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
