Avon Valleys Sip and Stroll a couple weeks ago was a great success. Today we were so pleased to be able to deliver a cheque for $770.25 to the Falmouth Elementary School for their breakfast program.
We’d like to thank everyone who contributed to this awesome event for the kids.
So special thanks to Brian Johnston Jam Avon Chamber of Commerce
the staff and most importantly all of the great community members that came, saw, sipped and strolled.

We had a great time hosting this and are so looking forward to doing it again. Thank you all.

Today is my favourite tradition of the year - the day I get to deliver holiday cheer!

This year I decided to deliver to some important people and organizations who helped during the flood and are still dealing with the aftermath. I also wanted to share some other frontline workers that support our community everyday.

These little guys started talking to me as I was getting ready to leave today. I think they might be sandpipers, which would be super cool.

The countdown is on, just another week or so before all of these beautiful flowers will be out in garden centres near you.

I don’t even know how to say Thank You big enough. So just THANK YOU! I didn’t have time to capture even one picture tonight so please feel free to share if you got a good one. Tonight was busier and happier than we could have hoped and we are already excited to do it again. A very special thanks to all the Avon Valley crew who gave up a Saturday night to help out. To Brian Johnston and the band for the amazing music, to Falmouth Fruit for the delicious cookies, to the Avon Chamber for helping promote the event and to each of you for coming and sharing a little bit of what we love.

The stroll is free! Drinks and selected plants available to purchase and all proceeds from those sales will be donated to the school breakfast program.
