Alright! All Was Lost Part 2!
Big ups to Owl Acoustic Lounge for being ever gracious hosts, and to all of you who came out to show your support on a friggen Wednesday night!
All Was Lost's performance never ceases to capture me. The set always moves me to tears, and grabs me by the chest. Not only that, but these guys are the most genuine sweethearts. Tee folded my towels for me when I let him use my washing machine. You don't get much better house guests than that!

Fall of Earth is taking its place as one of Canada’s finest and most promising up and coming bands, originating from Edmonton Alberta. With having 2 full length studio records, and over 100 shows in 2023 alone covering their entire country from east to west, these guys have shown through their efforts and work ethic that they are hungry, and their dedication towards their journey is unwavering. They also have shared the stage with reputable acts such as Allegaeon, Jungle Rot, The Convalescence, and are committing to travelling internationally in the next few years. With staggering ambition, they are dead set on spreading their unique sound as far as it can reach. Fall of Earth is strongly influenced by Gojira, Trivium, Mastodon and more. Flaunting elements of progressive death metal, thrash, groove, metalcore and alternative metal, they also modified this blend to be widely palatable with the inclusion of clean vocals and curious melodies, while covering almost every angle of the metal spectrum. For short, they are labelling this sound as “Hybrid Metal”. Although every band is claiming to be refreshing and unique, Fall of Earth truly pulls this off, and their music speaks for itself.
