It all started when covid took over the world by storm. I had the great idea of eliminating the middleman. MY BOSS!!
I always enjoyed working my catering shifts at Top of the fair for Weddings Western Fair District.
I started working at the fairgrounds in 2005 as a cook. I quickly moved to the management side of things. I got the opportunity to work in all areas of the western fair. This is when chatting with customers and serving alcohol was my favorite part of the job. Creating wonderful experiences for customers in all sorts of atmospheres. So starting a Bartending service was a no-brainer for me.
