Christmas Jam

Cranberries, Strawberries, Hints of Orange, Cinnamon and Allspice.

Christmas Jam is an old world tradition. It was made because it was versatile as a breakfast jam, a dessert topping on ice cream, a condiment for turkey or ham, chutney, filling for cookies, swirling in yogurt or oatmeal etc the possibilities are many!

This recipe was shared with me last year when I was in BC by a wonderful woman and we finally got around to tying it. Our household loves it! 😋
