Most of the flowers I use are seasonally grown at Lahave River Berry Farm. I do have sources for out of season weddings and special events. It's a joy to see the smile that beautiful flowers bring to someone's face whether they are for no reason or for their special day. I love working outside with plants, soil, and sunshine.

Happy Friday! Our market stand is still open and if full of gorgeous fall blooms and delicious juices, jams, teas and more. We have red and white poinsettias but it’s too cold for them outside so just let us know if you’d one or two 😊 Open until dark weather permitting.

For the love of flowers!

I have always had a love affair with beautiful flowers, especially lilies and I want to share the beauty with everyone! I have been growing flowers for myself for most of my life and commercially since 2014 on our farm, Lahave River Berry Farm Inc. This year I have decided to grow a lot more flowers and design beautiful bouquets for every occasion. I am really excited about this business opportunity and I hope you are too.

All of the flowers in my bouquets are naturally grown without the use of any chemical pesticides or herbicides, on our organic farm in Middle Lahave, NS, 15 minutes from Lunenburg. I use compost and organic fertilizers to grow strong, healthy, and most importantly beautiful, long lasting flowers. I use whatever is blooming at the time including wildflowers and carefully selected flowers I’ve grown from seed. I aim to make unique bouquets that you won’t see anywhere else. I include flower food with every bouquet purchase so you can keep your flowers lasting as long as possible. To be more environmentally friendly I wrap my bouquets in burlap that can be recycled by the customer, or brought back to me to be reused and you will be receive $1 off your next bouquet purchase.

Bouquets are available from Lahave River Berry Farm Inc. and can be made to order or purchased at the Lunenburg Farmer’s Market Thrusday mornings during the growing season.
