This is us. We are blazing new trails on OUR dementia journey. We decided to try our hand at small scale catering for COGNATIVE Therapy as he hates tinker therapy. I love to cook!!! I served LTC nutrition coordinator for 18 years and Nutrition Educator for 3. Then Covid hit, then he has a stroke.
Today, we are the happiest we have ever been. Ray is involved at every step for planning, shopping and recipe development.
I am content because my life has purpose in the area of my passion, it is win win all the way.
I am a certified Nutrition Manager, I have my Certified Food Handler Course and creativity in healthy food service.
