✨Coulee Kids Fest Canceled✨

It is with unbelievable sadness that we have to announce that the Coulee Kids Fest has been canceled.

We have lost sponsors, vendors, and ticket holders due to the very relevant concern of the rising cases in our city. We cannot hold these events without amazing sponsors, the vendors that pay for their spots, and the paying guests as we do not make profit from these shows and those things pay for the event and all that goes with it. We want to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of our community at every event and it just doesn’t feel right or financially feasible to go ahead with the Kids Fest. Our business has suffered severely over the last 19 months not being allowed to hold any events and not being eligible for provincial or federal grants for our business but the health and safety of our family and our community is number one so we will once again take a hit but we will not let it get us down!

Everyone that has purchased tickets and all vendors that have paid will be fully refunded. We will start the process tomorrow and will be refunding everyone in the order payments were received.

Thank you to those sponsors, vendors, and guests that were willing to hold strong with us. Your support means the world.

To those that wanted to support the event but had a hard time with concerns of the pandemic, thank you as well, we completely understand your position and will still continue to support you.

We have invited Something for Everyone Market to take over the park with us for Coulee Kids Fest, Sept. 18-19!

We are so excited to have their vendors part of this event along with our past exhibitors in this super fun collab for our amazing city! If you want to support local, now is definitely your chance!

Local business putting on the show with another local business running the tradeshow while another local business brings ALL of the inflatables, climbing wall, obstacle courses, and another brings their axe throwing, and all the local food trucks are gonna feed and water you!

We. Can’t. Wait.

⭐️💥WE ARE SO EXCITED 💥⭐️

After today’s announcement on opening up the province for summer, we can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel!

We have been closed for business for over a year now and we can not wait to see all of your smiling happy faces again! We could see a children’s festival this year and WOW we couldn’t be happier. We have missed holding events and hearing all the giggles and laughter that come from our shows and we really miss supporting amazing local businesses as they sell their products and services at our events. We are thrilled to see the opening coming our way. Please watch for details of all events we have been working on behind closed doors that are just waiting on dates! Thank you to all of you for your support. We will show our appreciation with some sweet things for you to do with your families!

We have been very quietly surviving in the background since March. The new restrictions have extended our closure and although this is extremely difficult to go through, we will get through. We will survive this. We will come back next year with the biggest and best events for your families because we want to celebrate all that we have to be thankful for with all of you.

Stay safe. Be selfless. Wear a mask. Wash your hands. Stay distant so that we can see all of your beautiful faces again in 2021.

⭐️Small Town UPDATE⭐️

As we are still not able to host thousands of people in a venue at one time due to AHS guidelines, we are going to have to cancel this years Small Town Kids Fest. We had hoped that moving the date this late in the year that we would be given the go ahead but it just isn’t working out for large events.

Please email us with how and when you paid your fees and we will refund them the same way. Do NOT use messenger as it is unreliable and we do not receive all notifications or messages here. Please be patient as we will not have the funds immediately as the show’s advertising, products, insurance etc was paid for and we will receive no refunds, so we are relying on a grant for small businesses that lost all income. Thank you for your understanding in this unprecedented and difficult time. We always appreciate your support and look forward to being back next year.

We are busy working out some things now that we are dealing with gathering restrictions. Obviously with thousands of visitors to our children’s festivals we need to take things very seriously so we are considering changing the date of the Small Town Kids Fest because we want everyone to play and have fun without fear. Please bear with us while we make some decisions and work out what’s best for your families and ours.

🤔This is a strange time to be alive.

🎓As the mother of a daughter that was going to be her boyfriend’s date to his grad I understand the depth of the disappointment for the kids worried about their grads and not getting recognized for their hard work and not getting to wear the beautiful dresses and suits they have already purchased.

I know some schools will make up for this. If the case is that they can’t, 🔅we will🔅

When the time is right and the threat is gone and we are allowed to gather again, we will hold a massive grad event for those that won’t get a ceremony or reception. We can obviously have no details right now but when we can, we will.

You won’t be skipped. You will be recognized and acknowledged and given the proper celebration because you deserve it. 👨🏼‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓👨🏼‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓👩🏼‍🎓👨‍🎓
