HAPPY WOMENS DAY to all the wonderful, kind, hardworking, nurturing, beautiful and brilliant women out there!

The charcuterie industry is definitely a more female centric corner of the food industry and we have been lucky enough to make some really wonderful and lasting bonds with other fellow sisters in cheese as a result. Good Grazers is 100% built and backed by women and it informs everything we do from how we run our business to how we build our platters and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

“Beef only” was the customer request. So we loaded this platter up with my favourite cured beef of all time - BRESAOLA!

I would describe this air dried salt cured beef as the beef version of prosciutto in terms of its texture and close to a pastrami in flavour. And it’s our go to beef charcuterie 😍

We loved catering this housewarming party for our wonderful clients Landon & Britney!

We set up a kid friendly grazing table for the afternoon family friendly festivies and stayed onsite to transition the graze into a more elevated adult friendly version for the evening/late night. All in all and endless all day graze to celebrate a lovely family in a beautiful home.
