Wrist corsages are still in, but is quickly becoming a thing of the past for weddings as couples try to save money by cutting out the wrist corsages for mom's and grandma's/nonna's . Whether it is because they are paying for their own weddings or the mom's don't want to wear them but we are seeing this trend move to the back burner. Wrist corsages are however still a thing for and can be made to match your outfits.
What are your thoughts on corsages for weddings? Yay or Nay?

The Jaimala, also known as the Varmala, is a garland that is exchanged by the bride and groom during a Hindu wedding ceremony. The Jaimala is a symbol of the couple's acceptance and mutual respect and adoration for each other.
When honoring the deceased it is referred to as a mala or Garlands are used to honor and respect loved ones who have passed away and when the thread is broken before being placed on the deceased, tit signify bonds that are broken and detachment from the deceased.
Garlands known as mala's are also used as a form of honouring and respect for Welcoming families, spiritual guru's and murti's in hinduism

The garlands are usually made of fresh flowers, such as roses, carnations, marigolds, and orchids, and are woven together on a string and is a symbol of respect and love but in funerals

We often get walk ins giving us a colour scheme and a budget, we typically will ask "What's the occasion?" Have you ever wondered why when you order flowers you are asked this? At Lush Flower Boutique, we ask the occasion so we can design a unique arrangement or bouquet based on the relationship with the person who is receiving the item. For instance a lover, wife, girlfriend we will do roses, gerbera, among other blooms, a friend we will choose lighter blooms and colours, maybe a bit lower budgeted bloom and while it's the though that count, with only a month away we wanted to share some flower knowledge to help you remember when picking flowers for someone special.
Yellow gerbera daisies tend to symbolize cheerfulness and celebration. Red gerberas represent an unconscious love or to be fully immersed in love. Pink gerberas are a symbol of admiration, adoration, or high esteem for someone. White gerberas are a symbol of purity or a childlike innocence.

Can we take a moment to appreciate this arrangement, I made this personally for the First Sunday event held at and powered by the conversations that was had with the speakers and ladies in the room resonates deeply well after the event was over. I often start with a colour palette, then I step back for inspo, first I choose a suitable vase or base then I see what's available and then I create magic, I add, I add and I add then I am usually still not satisfied so I add some more, I spin to see all angles then I add a bit more and voilla it's usually something bespoke that I probably cannot create exactly again because I belieie flowers should be unique as the person and space that they are in. I typically don't like to create duplicates unless you want the exact same thing but as an artist it will never be the exact no matter how many times it's duplicated.

I have always been grateful, but this year my goal is to stop hiding behind the gram and to show who we really are behind the brand Lush Flower Boutique. Apparently is in so here's to us being more vulnerable and showing our skin moving forward.

Caring for your Christmas cactus is easy with just a few simple tips!
