Chelsea - with 10 years in the hospitality and event industry, complemented by a diploma in Hospitality & Tourism. She understands that the little things matter, and believes that the client experience is always the priority.

Connecting with people through custom drinks and unforgettable events is her passion. She takes pride in building relationships, sourcing local ingredients, and creating the most curated cocktails for every occasion.

Chelsea’s favorite cocktail is the refreshing Mint & Lemon Bourbon Smash. 🍋

Ben - the ultimate hype man, plays an invaluable role. Although he has limited experience in the hospitality industry, his dedication to learning and growing every day is inspiring. Assisting with everything from prep and setup to crafting drinks and engaging with clients. His enthusiasm for hospitality shines through in every interaction.

Ben’s favorite cocktail is the bold Spicy Margarita. 🌶️
