We're thrilled to announce that JPdL will be working on the World Tunnel Congress 2026 (WTC 2026)! 🎉

This major event, that will be held from May 15 to 21, 2026 at the Palais des congrès in Montréal, will bring together Tunnel industry experts from around the world to Montreal, focusing on sustainable underground development. 🌍🌿

Two weeks ago, Dan Ifrim and André Rancourt represented WTC 2026 at TAC 2024 at the Bonaventure Hotel. It was an exciting opportunity to discuss how we’ll contribute to making WTC 2026 a truly memorable event for all attendees.

Thanks to Ottawa Tourism for organizing a great day with business event partners and clients. What a revelation Collège La Cité was!

The Studio, which sports giant, retractable screens and 360-degree immersive projection capabilities, is the nerve centre of the Excentricité pavilion. The imagination runs wild what can be done with such a space!

Then on to Erling's Variety for refreshments - a groovy off-site spot for catered functions in the heart of the Glebe.

Shout out to Karen Norris CMP of the Canadian Dermatology Association and Ursula Belanger of Global Cynergies, LLC - Hotel and Venue Sourcing - it was great spending time with our local planners and decision makers.

Thanks to Ottawa Tourism for organizing a great day with business event partners and clients. We discovered two more unique event venues. ✨

First to Zibi Canada, a 34-acremaster-planned community straddling Ontario and Quebec. Zibi House is an 8-storey tower of bespoke, refurbished shipping containers overlooking the Ottawa River. With exposed brick interiors, the industrial La Ruelle space is a blank canvas waiting for event planner magic to bring it to life. 🌊

On to Forêt Capitale Forest - a lovely rural space that gives back to the community this is a great and accessible option for planners wanting to incorporate legacy activities into their programming. 🌲
