I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this year’s 2024 North Bay Film Festival! It was an awesome experience managing the social media campaign and helping to coordinate the opening night gala event.🪩

👀We are still on the hunt for volunteers!

📽The North Bay Film Festival is just around the corner, taking place from 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟱-𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰, at the Capitol Centre, and we need your help! We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to serve as ticket-takers and ushers. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to lend a hand and enjoy some great films! 🍿

📽Volunteers can sign up for as many films as they like. If you volunteer for at least three sessions, you’ll receive a free Festival Pass! You’ll need to arrive 45 minutes before each film begins. Ushers will stay for the entire screening, allowing you to experience the festival from the inside. Plus, you can enjoy the films you’re volunteering for at no cost!

And just like that the 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙎𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩 has come to an end. Day #3 was another jam-packed day with a facilitated workshop, leisure time at the Cove, dinner at The Boat North Bay followed by a campfire at Canadore College.

Thank you to Christine Bretherick from Creativity Matters for hosting an art workshop which was likened to the best ASMR session by the CEO of ThinkOn, Alex from Cranberry Canoes for your fleet of canoes, kayaks and paddle boards, Zach Lebel for his musical entertainment and super chill vibes, and finally to Greg Smith from Tie The Knot Bartending Services for his exceptional bartending! What a wild week this has been!
