Singing is not required. Come hang out, socialize and have fun!

Hey Folks, just a reminder that tomorrow night is Youth Open Mic Night. Starting at 8 PM. Tell your Youth about it, if they want to perform a song or poetry, please come out.
Also, we decided to also include Karaoke at this event for those who were looking forward to it last week.
Raffle Prize Update!
Respect Record and Skate has graciously donated a pretty sweet prize pack. It contains a t-shirt, toque, sunglasses and a sticker.
Baby Rae's Pizza has graciously donated a $50 gift certificate, plus we will be giving away 4 Family Pool Day Passes. The pool opens May 21st.
Remember, if you come out and bring a non-perishable food donation, you will receive a free raffle ticket. (1 per person)
Wow! BC Youth Week is all wrapped up, and we had a great week.
Thanks to Joshua and Tai, for sharing their meaningful community projects with us. Josh brought in 512 pounds of food for the Oliver Food Bank, And Tai's 5 Red Dresses around town brought awareness to the serious concern of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls.
High School Students and the Oliver Ambassadors shared roughly 40 Inspirational Quotes, including 26 amazing Canvas Artworks.
Today these artworks are out in front of the Oliver Rink, Tuesday and Wednesday they will be up by the high school.
75 pieces of #YouthWeek swag went out to kids in our community,
And the Small Wheels park was well attended throughout the week, Congratulations to Mason Subotin and Ben Zeeman for winning 10 Punch Passes to the Oliver Pool for their submission's to the Virtual Small Wheels Contest.

Family Kite Night is this Wednesday from 5pm - 7pm. For $15, learn how to build a kite with your family (materials provided), then if the weather is right, we will fly them! Snacks will be provided and we promise to have more string!
