Follow me, Christine, as I dive in as a new small-scale cut flower grower on the edge of the Rideau River in Manotick, Ontario. Bouquets of fresh flowers will be available at local Farmer's Markets each week and will be offered for local delivery and pickup. Seasonal decor and gift ideas are also available such as wreaths, center pieces and Whoville trees.

Happy Thanksgiving weekend! Yesterday’s pickup went flawless, thank you for always showing up and being so kind to me and my little family!
These green pumpkin vases were such a hit this year, I’ll be sure to secure more for next year!

We have yet to have a hard frost but I’m thinking it’ll be any day now so the flower season is officially done for 2024 and I’m off for a tiny bit of rest this weekend before all the fall chores need to be done.

The field is slowing down and getting ready for its winter rest and although I too am looking forward to a bit of a rest, I sure will miss this view! Tending to the flowers and making bouquets is truly the best job in the world! So thankful for the best year and looking forward to an even better 2025!

Eeeeeekkkk!!! My first ever fall crop of ranunculus and it’s perfect! I’ve tried for 3 years and finally, I’m successful!

There are so many buds about to bloom and with a little luck, I may be tucking some in to the Thanksgiving arrangements that are being picked up nextFriday!

Still over here on my mission to grow my favorite flower year round! I’ll keep ya posted 😆

Tulip kit purchasers, if you haven’t checked your email yet, we have sent emails with pickup info! And the weather is so gorgeous that we’ve decided to use the flower truck for pickups this weekend. I even popped this bouquet out there for one of my sweet friends!

These bulbs can be planted all the way until Halloween so they are perfect birthday gifts, hostess gifts or a nice treat to plant now and enjoy next spring!

Happy Friday and I hope you all have a wonderful September weekend!

Have you noticed my bouquets are more summer themed than my usual pale palette? The sunflowers have finally produced some gorgeous blooms and the dahlias are loving this weather. It’s nice transitioning to fall blooms but I sure am already missing summer.

I will be opening orders for thanksgiving pumpkin vase arrangements very soon - this year I will have white, orange and green vase offerings. Stay tuned for that email! INTRODUCING the Riverfront Florals Specialty Tulip Bulb Kit - this kit includes includes 24 specialty tulip bulbs, 12 bulbs that will flower in early spring and 12 bulbs that will flower in late spring. The varieties were specifically chosen to allow for the creation of two gorgeous specialty tulip bouquets this upcoming spring season or to enjoy in your planters or garden beds.

Good morning and happy back to school to all who have kiddos heading back this week 🩷

I am currently closed for flower orders as I’ll be occupying the flower shop this Sunday, September 8th from 10-2 for the first of the market’s fall season. September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. A month that is dedicated to honoring children and survivors affected by pediatric cancer in order to raise awareness and continue the research and treatment of the disease.

For the month of September, $5 from every bouquet sold and $3 from every vase charm sold will be donated to the The Griffin Bell Golden Endowment Fund ⚡️a campaign in support of the CHEO Foundation in memory of a very special little hero. If you’d like to learn more and help, check out 💛⚡️

I am also extending $2 shipping anywhere in Canada for the vase charms so it’s the perfect time to stock up for Christmas while supporting a very important cause.

Happy Friday before the long weekend! This has been one of my busiest weeks and I’m so thankful 🥰

I had a few anniversary bouquets, a surprise for a wife who loves my flowers (eeek that’s so stinking cool to hear) and a bouquet from a dad for his little girl who will be having a Barbie themed birthday party! All of you that follow me and support me are legit the best humans out there. I’m so lucky to hear each story and help you celebrate some incredible milestones!

Loving the lavender lisianthus I planted from seed, a hard feat for flower farmers!! I’ll definitely be adding more of these in for next year.

These fluffy lisianthus are everything! Their vase life is incredible and will last over 2 weeks. Definitely my second favorite flower after ranunculus of course!
