Hi Keith,

We just got back home to Cold Lake and are still beaming with happiness from the past few days.

We want to say a very heartfelt thank you for making our wedding day a dream come true. You made our ceremony so personal and unique to us, with so much laughter and energy, intermixed with important and genuine messages of love and commitment, plus that sneaky bonus question!

We loved the engagement from the crowd and could see the smiles (and tears!) as we looked on to those we love. Everything you provided, from day one and through all the planning, to the wedding day itself, was just perfect.

We are beyond grateful to have had Keith as our wedding officiant! From the very beginning, he was warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making our ceremony meaningful and personal. He took the time to get to know us, listened to our story, and crafted a ceremony that felt completely us — heartfelt, joyful, and UNFORGETTABLE.

On the big day, Keith brought a calming presence and guided everything so smoothly. His words were sincere, beautifully (& humorously) delivered, and touched not only our hearts but the hearts of every guest in attendance. This year, our son-in-law, Vito Michienzi, obtained his credentials as an Ontario licensed officiant and he performs ceremonies exactly the same innovative way that Lynne and I do and with just as much passion.

Vito is very accomplished in presenting to large public groups with over 20 years’ collective experience as a high school teacher, a chaplain, a published author, and interestingly enough, as a professional magician. The wedding ceremonies that he has officiated previously have received the same level of high praise for which Lynne and I are known.

Here is a vendor review of Vito just posted last weekend on the Facebook Ottawa Wedding Questions group from a bride whose wedding was on September 14th:

Besides creating and performing an awesome ceremony experience, we are often asked to help cut down the 12-14 week wait for an official marriage certificate. This is especially critical when couples need to initiate an Immigration spousal sponsorship. We have an optional process that can usually bring the processing time down to 2-4 weeks. This is extremely beneficial and often results in one of the couple being able to legally work in Canada months earlier than what typically occurs.

We just received this unsolicited Facebook vendor review that we'd like to share:

Officiant: Exceptional Ceremonies Lynne Langille officiated our ceremony and was so incredibly amazing and very kind! She made us feel so at ease in all of our communication. We wanted a very simple ceremony and I like that we got to customize our script and make it our own. I also like that we were given the option to sign the paperwork prior to the ceremony to make things flow a lot quicker. It was important to us that our deceased grandparents were honoured and due to a death in my husband's family that occurred just a few days before the wedding, we unfortunately had to make a very last minute change with the script which Lynne was very sympathetic and understanding about. The ceremony was beautiful and very meaningful to us with a few laughs in the right places.
