This past Saturday, we had the pleasure of catering high tea for a beautiful birthday celebration at the Olfactory Garden event, hosted in the Ozawa Pavilion at the U of A Botanic Garden.
The rain brought the event indoors, but the setting was just as lovely with soft light, garden views, and an intimate atmosphere that made the evening feel extra special.
Chef Kayla crafted a high tea menu that paired perfectly with the experience.
On the menu: vanilla bean and blueberry scones, egg salad on mini croissants, and berries and cream tarts, among other delicate bites.
