Last week, we announced we would close the UPick for the season as we work on transplanting & fall cleanup to prepare for 2025. I was overwhelmed and overJOYED by the number of messages we received on booking requests, and I felt awful having to turn people down due to reaching our max guests...(we also have a BIG event we are preparing for this weekend - stay tuned ;) ... soooo we will keep the Upick Flower Gardens open until frost!!

Our first ever bridal bouquet!!
This beautiful bride wanted a classic & elegant white bridal bouquet & boutineer for their special day.
We called in the big guns to collaborate with us for this project! Randi has a beautiful eye for design, and you can find her locally grown flowers in the Peace Regions favourite flower shops and her fresh bouquets at Java Domain in PR.
This was so much FUN to create together (while our children were creating chaos lol) and even more special to play a small part in this happy couples wedding.

We added 6 new Peony plants to our Gardens this year. Most are first year plants that won't bloom until year 3 when their fully rooted and grown. But we were lucky enough to have a family friend allow us to divide a couple of her plants last fall, and this is one of the beauties 😍 We've been anxiously waiting to see the new blooms and are grateful for the garden share!

During the busiest time of the year, it's so easy to get caught up in harvesting, weeding, watering, bouquet building, and all of the farm work needing to be done. This afternoon, I made the time after my day job to just walk around and ENJOY our gardens and appreciate all the blooms & soon to be flowers in this present moment 💐 As I sit here on the swing, I'm enjoying the heat with a cold beer.
