🎉✨ We don't get to bartend as often these days, as Mrs. has been busy orchestrating the magic behind our event coordinating services. But when Anthony and Mikaela asked us to bartend and help coordinate their special day, we couldn't say no! 🍸❤️

It was such an honor to be a part of their wedding, especially considering we first met this wonderful couple two years ago in Cuba. Who would have thought our paths would cross again in such a meaningful way?

Celebratory Jello Shots reach their zenith with these Champagne Jello Shots. These little boozy shooters combine champagne, ginger ale, and Jello for tasty little gulps you can enjoy at a big bash, or by yourself if you're celebrating the fact that you don't have to deal with other people eating your Champagne Jello Shots.

𝙲𝙷𝙰𝙼𝙿𝙰𝙶𝙽𝙴 𝙹𝙴𝙻𝙻𝙾 𝚂𝙷𝙾𝚃𝚂

⭐️ 6 oz. (180ml) Champagne
⭐️ 6 oz. (180ml) Ginger Ale
⭐️ 8 oz. (240ml) Hot Water
⭐️ 1/2 Cup Sugar
⭐️ 2 Envelopes Unflavored Gelatin
Garnish: Sprinkles/Glitter/Cupcake Toppers

𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍
1. Add gelatin to hot water and stir well until combined.
2. Add sugar, stir until dissolved and allow to cool.
3. Once mix is cooled pour in champagne and ginger ale. Stir well.
4. Pour mixture into jello shot mold and place in refrigerator until fully set.
5. Garnish top of jello shot with glitter, sprinkles and/or cupcake toppers.

ℂ𝕙𝕠𝕔𝕠𝕝𝕒𝕥𝕖 ℙ𝕖𝕡𝕡𝕖𝕣𝕞𝕚𝕟𝕥 𝕄𝕒𝕣𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕚

This chocolate peppermint martini is the perfect Christmas cocktail! Make for your holiday gatherings or for a tasty cocktail with Christmas dinner.

🅸🅽🅶🆁🅴🅳🅸🅴🅽🆃🆂:
🎄3 oz chocolate liquor or creme de cacoa
🎄3 oz peppermint vodka
🎄5 oz light cream or half & half table cream, plus more for garnish
🎄1 tsp cocoa powder or hot chocolate mix
🎄1 tbs chocolate syrup
🎄2 oz chocolate bark 1/2 a brick
🎄1 candy cane smashed

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱:
🎅 Kitchen mallet
🎅 Martini glasses
🎅 Liquid measure
🎅 Martini shaker
🎅 Small bowls

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1️⃣ Crush the candy cane with a kitchen mallet or rolling pin and place in a small bowl that is wide enough for the rim of your martini glasses to dip into.
2️⃣ Melt your chocolate in the microwave in a small bowl, heating for 30 seconds, then stirring, then reheating as needed in 30 second increments.
3️⃣ Delicately swirl your martini glass edge through the melted chocolate.
Immediately run the martini glass rim through the crushed peppermint to allow it to stick to the rim of the glass. Set aside for the chocolate to dry as you prepare your cocktails.
4️⃣ In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add your chocolate liquor, cream, peppermint vodka, cocoa powder and chocolate syrup. Shake well and then taste to adjust the flavoring, as needed.
5️⃣ Pour the cocktail into your decorated martini glass.
6️⃣ If you’d like a little swirl on top, carefully pour some cream in a swirl shape overtop of the martini and then drag a toothpick or skewer through the design to make it even more decorative.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 & 𝗙𝗔𝗤𝘀:
You can leave out the chocolate syrup and cocoa powder but the martini will be beige in color, not chocolate-y looking.

𝑪𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒎𝒂𝒔 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒂 𝑴𝒐𝒄𝒌𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒍: the perfect blend of tart and sweet for your holiday party.

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
🎅 2 green apples seeded and sliced
🎅 2 cups cranberries fresh
🎅 1/2 cup granulated sugar
🎅 1 bunch rosemary fresh
🎅 1 bottle sparkling grape juice
🎅 1 bottle sparkling apple cider

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
1️⃣ Slice up the green apples. Add most of them to the bottom of your serving container. Reserve some of the apples for the garnish for each serving.

2️⃣ Rinse all the cranberries under water and then roll a handful of them in the granulated sugar. Reserve the sugared cranberries for the garnish for each serving.

3️⃣ Add all unsugared cranberries to the serving container.

4️⃣ Use a muddler to crush some of the fruit in the bottom of the serving container.

5️⃣ Pour the sparkling grape and sparkling apple cider into the container.

6️⃣ Add the rosemary in to finish.

7️⃣ Rim your glasses with sugar and fill each one with the Christmas Sangria.

8️⃣ Finish each serving off with a garnish of sliced apples, the sugared cranberries and a festive sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!

𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬: To make this drink alcoholic, swap the sparkling non-alcoholic grape juice for a bottle of Moscato.
