Thank you so kindly to all of our friends and supporters for the kind words today, on the one year anniversary of the TWO ACRE SHAKER! Of all the images captured at last year's Shaker, this one from Magda Zofia is our absolute favourite. Humans whipping up the dance-floor into an absolutely primal frenzy of sweaty flailing limbs. A perfect representation of the Shaker vibe.

Dear Shaker Nation,

Sweet Beard of Llama's Wool! That was a serious, capital-T "Time" that was had out there on Saturday, and we owe a lot of people a great deal of gratitude for making it all happen!

Thank you to NICK ANDREW and the LIL'WAT NATION for being such gracious hosts on such a stunningly beautiful piece of land. It has truly been the perfect spot for the Two Acre Shaker.

Thank you to our ARTISTS and CREW for blowing our collective minds with your indescribably awesome talents. You guys raised the Shaker production level this year to well beyond what we ever dreamed was possible.

Thank you to our STAFF and VOLUNTEERS for your tireless work in helping us put all of the necessary pieces in place to throw such an awesome party. Without your incredible behind the scenes efforts, none of this would be even remotely possible.

Thank you to the COMMUNITY OF PEMBERTON for being so supportive of the Shaker for the the past six years. It makes it so much easier to throw a successful artistic event when you have the backing of local governments, businesses, and residents.

And most of all thanks to YOU, all of the amazing A-List caliber humans who have attended the Two Acre Shaker over the years. You are all Llamacorns of the Highest Order, and your ridiculously beautiful nature never ceases to amaze us. YOU are the true highlight of our event each year.

If you had told us six years ago that California hip-hop legends BLACKALICIOUS would be headlining the TWO ACRE SHAKER one day we would've laughed in your face and called you a damned fool and a silly dreamer. "Sure, when Llamacorns walk the Earth!", we would've replied.

As it turns out, we would've wrong on both counts, because Llamacorns obviously do exist, and Holy S**t! BLACKALICIOUS IS COMING! On Saturday night, The Gift of Gab and Chief Xcel will be joined by Jumbo and Vursatyl of the Lifesavas for what promises to be the most epic Shaker set of them all!

It was the Second-Annual Shaker Short-Shorts Saturday up at the TWO ACRE SHAKER Grounds, and things are starting to look tighter than a moose-knuckle out there! Stages are up, the Llamacorns are running wild in the fields, and only one tetanus shot was needed in the aftermath. Great Success!

Looking for FREE TWO ACRE SHAKER TICKETS?

Well you're in luck, because it's time for our 2nd Annual TWO ACRE SHAKER LLAMACORN ARTWORK CONTEST!

To enter the contest, create your original Llamacorn masterpiece, in any artistic format, and submit a photo or digital copy of it to our email address at '[email protected]' by the deadline of THURSDAY JULY 31st, 2014.

We'll pick the finalists and post them on the Shaker page the following week, at which point you'll have 48 hours to vote for your favourite work of brilliance by "liking" it. The creator of the Llamacorn that is voted 'Best in Show' will receive TWO TICKETS to this year's SHAKER.

All entries must be ORIGINAL creations. Anyone found guilty of submitting a fraudulent Llamacorn will be publicly shamed.
