Hey Everyone! We have come up with our hours of operation for the rest of July, we do Have a few Big event for catering so unfortunately we will have to be close.

I will post a calendar with the days we will be closed for event.

I will post our hours of operation. We did want to be open 7 days a week, but we need that one day for shopping etc.
Sundays will be the day we close.

We will also be introducing some new cold beverages that are enjoyed all around Latin America.
Rosa Jamaica, Horchata and Auga Fresca.
For anyone not familiar with these drinks let us know, we are more than happy to give out samples for you to try.

we will also have our normal beverages like bottle water, Assorted pop and of course Assorted Jarritos.

Our summer hours will be posted by the end of this weekend, this will be our hours for the rest of the summer.

We will have our menu for our regular tacos posted along with our party Platter menus. By the beginning of this week.

We had a busy week for caterings, we did the kindergarten graduation, Grade 8 Graduation, 5/6 end of year beach party and a few in town.

It was an absolute pleasure to be apart of every one of these caterings.
The Grade 8 loved the candy bar I put together for them.
There was even a few who was asked what was their favorite memory of the year, the cooking classes I gave at my friend Elis cottage.

That really touched my heart and I was so proud of the students to try different foods from around the world.
It was very rewarding to be apart of these cooking classes aswell as getting to know the students.
These are our future leaders and I know they will all do great things in their life.
All the best to the 2024 graduation classes.

Huronia Museum was one of my first jobs growing up. I had the absolute pleasure working with Nahanni Born who is now a long time friend.
It was pretty incredible to go back and see how much has changed and talk about the good old times.
Was great to have my mom come along and step down memory lane with me.

I don't always post my catering jobs , but this one was extra special.
I did some traditional food with a little flair!

3 sisters salad added some Radishes and red onions.
Wild rice with moose meat.
Scone with mixed berry sauce.
Hibiscus tea
Cedar and Cranberry Tea
Simple syrup with lilac ( thanks Kyle Sandy)
I did have to spritz the syrup up a bit.
Homemade dressing were Orange vinaigrette and Honey Balsamic.

Also caught up with Shirley Hay :) was so great seeing you ladies 🥰
