✨ 2025 — A Year to Remember ✨

As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been sitting with a full heart, reflecting on just how much this year held.
This year was growth, grit, long days, late nights, and purpose.
It was showing up even when it was hard.
It was trusting the process, believing in the vision, and refusing to quit — even when quitting would’ve been easier.
Trista’s Catering continued to do what it’s always done — bring people together through food. From intimate gatherings to community events, fundraisers, celebrations, and moments of loss where food became comfort — thank you for trusting me with your tables, your stories, and your milestones.
Mi Sueño grew into more than just a taco stand. It became a space for connection, laughter, music, markets, new flavours, familiar faces, and memories made under the sun. Watching people line up, travel just to eat here, and support this dream reminded me why I started in the first place.
And Ben’s Table — the heart of it all.
This year we fed elders, families, kids, and community members in need. We showed up during storms, hard seasons, and moments where food meant dignity, warmth, and care. That work will always matter the most to me.
None of this happens alone.
Thank you to my family, my volunteers, my supporters, my customers, my community — the ones who donated, shared posts, showed up, defended me, believed in me, and kept me going when I was exhausted.
Thank you to the people who ordered meals, bought tacos, entered draws, donated anonymously, helped behind the scenes, and reminded me that community is still alive and well.
2025 tested me.
But it also strengthened me.
And as I step into 2026, I do so grateful, grounded, and ready for what’s next.
