Spanning over nine acres, the South Okanagan Events Centre (SOEC) is part of a larger complex. While overseeing the Okanagan’s premier sports and entertainment venue, OVG360 also manages the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre, Memorial Arena, and Okanagan Hockey School Training Centre. The SOEC is also home of the Penticton Vees Junior 'A' Hockey Club. All official ticketing for the complex can

be purchased through the Valley First Box Office (located at Gate One of the SOEC) or online at ValleyFirstTIX.com. For major events and concerts, the public parking lots at the South Okanagan Events Centre (SOEC) are “Pay and Display” parking. The cash only fee is $10.00. Parking attendants are on-site to direct traffic and accept payment. There is no pay parking for Penticton Vees Junior ‘A’ Hockey games. Celebrity Pass Check-In is located courtside at the announcer's table until 6:15 PM. Please note that late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.

Bring your photo ID and a copy of your confirmation email

Elevators:
Located beside the stairs at Gate 1 (Main Entrance) and Gate 2 (Okanagan Hockey Entrance)

Bag Restrictions:
Bags must be clear or plastic and not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
Small clutch bags (non-clear) are allowed if no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” (with or without a handle/strap)
All bags are subject to search
Diaper bags and medical supply bags are accepted
Patrons with prohibited items may be refused entry; SOEC reserves the right to confiscate items and/or es**rt guests from the building

Your Court Pass gets you down to the floor for an up close and personal view of the Harlem Globetrotters during their pregame shootaround ⛹️ You'll have exclusive access to the court, where you have the opportunity to see the players warm-up their World Record breaking shots and skills.

Warm-ups begin 30 minutes before game time and will last for 20 minutes. Check-in courtside at the announcer's table upon arrival at the venue. Late arrivals will not be refunded. The South Okanagan Events Centre is committed to your safety and an enjoyable experience! To help with this, we’re enforcing a Clear Bag Policy at all events and concerts.

Please note: At this time Penticton Vees hockey games at the SOEC are not included in the policy.

Here’s what you need to know:
✅ Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and cannot exceed 12" x 6" x 12".
✅ Small clutches & belt bags (up to 4.5" x 6.5") are allowed, even if not clear.
✅ One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (ex: Ziploc) are acceptable.
