Bulk from the producer is the right answer. We do it all the time! It just makes sense. Healthier and safer when you know which animal it is and where it came from. Not like Superslaughter Facilities and big box stores where the meat is processed in volume and blended together. Buy local, support your local farmers. Just do it!
