With spring approaching, Evolution Catering has finally moved into its new location in the heart of Ponoka. This oversized unit will allow our catering trailers direct indoor access to our home based kitchen. This location will improve the functionality and increase our quality standards. Special thanks to all our contractors; Phase 3 Electric, Bruins Plumbing, Central AB Buliders and Renovators, and to everyone else who helped make our vision a reality. We are looking forward to servicing all our Weddings, Corporate and Special Events.
