Beef can seem so boring until you go down the rabbit hole of what others are trying today and what other cultures have used for generations.

The most beef preparation tricks we’ve ever learned are so simple a 5 year old would get it.

One of my favourites is the “dry brine”. Salting the meat and letting it sit uncovered in the fridge for 24-48 hours depending on size to allow osmosis to take place. The water pulls the salt into the meat giving the full piece a consistent salted flavour.

Hit it with some fresh salt on top once its cooked and ready to go. Amazing😋
