Tonight’s dinner birthday meal for my lovely husband
Kumato tomato’s and burrata cheese caprese salad paired with Rosehall Run Vineyards Inc Chardonnay. 2nd course filet with mash and lemon garlic Swiss chard and mash potatoes paired with Karlo Estates 2018 quintas. and for dessert; key lime pie with dragon fruit, kiwi, blueberries with ginger lime whip cream and Icelandic chocolate dust. Paired with Karlo Estates van Alstine white fortified white.
