Kumato tomato’s and burrata cheese caprese salad paired with Rosehall Run Vineyards Inc Chardonnay. 2nd course filet with mash and lemon garlic Swiss chard and mash potatoes paired with Karlo Estates 2018 quintas. and for dessert; key lime pie with dragon fruit, kiwi, blueberries with ginger lime whip cream and Icelandic chocolate dust. Pork chop with smoked paprika, garlic and lemon pan seared in butter and olive oil. Served with carmalized onion and mushrooms basmati rice. A tomato salad with lemon and parsley over hummus and broccoli roasted with sesame oil and garlic. Paired with: 2022 Chateau de foncaude, white Bordeaux. Grape varietal: 75% Sauvignon blanc 25% muscadelle
Nose: mineral, citrus. Palette: limestone and slight graphite with lemon peel and modest acidity slight passionfruit and pear with pronounced acidity.
