Our regular salsa kits come with enough tomatoes, sweet pepper, hot pepper, garlic and onion from our farm to make 12 pints of mouth-watering fresh homemade salsa. Our large salsa kit will make a generous batch of 18 pints.

With our customization options, you can get your kits tailor-made to suit your personal tastes. These options include varieties of tomatoes and hot peppers and quantity of hot peppers to adjust the heat.

Regular kits starting at only $60 and large kits starting at only $90!

This year was a really slow start but things are starting to take off in the tunnels. Tomatoes, every variety, Hot and sweet peppers, slicing cucumbers, pickling cucumbers, and watermelon.

We have Red Russian, Music and Mennonite, all of which are $15/lb. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up which should be around August 10th for fresh garlic.

The veggie tunnel was off to a very slow start this year. We nearly lost all 600 pepper plants, the tomato plants seemed to grow smaller, not larger and we planted 650 cucumbers 3 times before the weather stopped giving us winter in June. But everything is catching up now and the cucumbers are already in full production! I've got 10 lbs of pickling cucumbers and tons of dill today - come on over and get these before they're gone if you're feeling like a pickle making day!

We've also got peas, beans, beets, garlic scapes, onion rutabaga and raspberries
