Don’t fret! Even though you already see all the school supplies for sale and I’m now selling school minis…. Love it or hate it 😂You still get a month with the kids at home 😍

Just as they are ❤️ Studio “test” shots with my kiddos are some of my favorite pictures. Messy hair, dirty faces and their personalities to the max. Exactly how I want to remember them. My funny Lola, my sweet Novalee and my messy Maddox.

The toughest experience I had with selling my last home was that buyers would want to tour it at inconvenient times. Like when my daughter needed to nap, when I had piles of laundry to fold or if we were about to have company. It can be hectic to show your home when you have young children or pets.

I'd love to tell you what is even better than a realtor using professional photos that represent your home at it's BEST! That is a 3D matterport tour. The highest 3D quality tour that there is.

People can see your home without you having to clean it AGAIN, or for you to pack up your family and animals and vacate.

Total game changer for sellers! I would have LOVED to have this when I sold 8 years ago.

SUNLIGHT, SERENITY and absolutely PRISTINE! Only 14 mins from Barrhead and a very quick walk to the lake! The real fireplace was going while I was shooting and the crackling sounds made my day. Nothing like a real fireplace ☺️🔥
