You can find Finocchiona, a tuscan style fennel salami, on our Fine Pallet, our more adventurous pallet that features finer and rotating ingredients to get you out of your comfort zone!

Finocchiona is a tuscan style salami seasoned with black pepper, garlic and fennel seeds has a bold taste with a soft liquorice finish.

Pair it with a light Pinot Noir or a high acid Riesling✨

I have never officially introduce myself since I launched Fine Pallet.

Coming from a criminology background & intervention, I never once thought that I would start a charcuterie catering business. This is still a wild thought to me!

Originally from Montreal, food has always been a big part of my life. Creating beautiful pallets give me the opportunity to combine my love for food & gathering and allow my creativity to come alive. What makes me the happiest is that I get to share the love and be in service to others.❤️
