One week from today, the majestic hard working Dragons will be off duty and handling the "Guardian of the year" to Snake.

The year of snake symbolizes wisdom and intuition, and is considered to be good at dealing with complex situations flexibly. The ability of skin shedding also symbolizes self-renewal and gaining new life in a difficult situation. Well, this the the lecture part welcoming the new year. 😁As for renewal? A really nice meal can do the work for sure !!😍

What's on the menu??
Introducing a classic Taiwanese dish😉

3 Cup Chicken (San Bei Ji) or Taiwanese Basil Chicken🐔
Very popular in Taiwan and most of the restaurants there carry this dish with their own recipes. The name San Bei means 3 cups, a combination of a cup wine, soy sauce and sugar to make the sauce; a similar idea as pound cake :) Though every one has a unique way to make this dish, the secret that everyone knows is to heat your wok with sesame oil before you drop the chicken.

Now take the advantage of no tax and we will top it up with a bowl of steam rice when you place an order of San Bei Ji today and tomorrow. 🤩🤩🤩 A delish meal is just a call away :P

Smiling Sisters is back !!😁

Hope you all had a wonderful & relaxing holiday season. It was certainly a great break for us. A lot of cook books read and planning had been done during the break. :P

Our bento boxes will resume at Panda Grocery in UC tomorrow. We are having BBQ pork (GF) and Mapo Tofu (GF/Vegan) for this week. Kitchen will be open tomorrow from 11am-6pm. We do have a number to call for ordering now!! Yay ! You may call
