Clean Turkey 🦃
Hormone antibiotic free roasted covered with cheese cloth drenched in in local unpasteurized butter 🧈These yummy potatoes are mashed with coconut milk (like usual). The gravy is made from the dripping a potato n flax meal. This cranberry sauce is the most delicious decadent healthy jelly on earth! I lightly bloomed the grass fed gelatine by steaming the blended cranberries in a bowl on an element that was not on over the over heat. It’s sweetened with local unpasteurized honey + lemon + Celtic salt. Those local micro greens absolutely made this dish!
