St Patrick’s day is our next holiday… I wouldn’t be me if I wasn’t already planning for it…

Thinking of all things green, beer and Smokey flavours, rich hams and corned beef, old cheddars, potato and bacon…. some Irish creams and Irish whiskey to make it even more traditional… maybe something gold… but charcuterie style…

My debate should I do a small board like valentines or should we go middle range so it can be shared by 3-5 people?

I have 20 Valentines Charcuterie Boards up for order. These will be made fresh on Monday February 14th Morning and available for pickup in the afternoon starting at 2:00pm.

All orders must be placed by Friday February 11

This is a set board for everyone, no changes to food or design will be accepted. The only change I am willing to adhere to is of course any allergies you or your loved ones have. ❤️ it will not be a child friendly board (though some kids are not picky and will like it) it will be “basic” no crazy cheeses or flavours so I know it will be liked by all!

Will be:
10x10 board
2 meats
3 cheese
1 Chutney
Crackers
Pickeled items
Fresh fruit
Dried fruit
Something sweet

Price for the board is: $65.00. Payment is due Friday unless other arrangements are made ❤️

I have been silent for awhile now, and I apologize. The grazing doe has not stopped and has not left you. With all 3 of my kiddos home from school and work, and we are moving to our new home in less than 30 days. My life has been a wee bit on the busy side lol I will be picking back up with my boards once we move and settle in!

Well it’s been a busy busy weekend here at the Grazing Doe, I didn’t take any pictures 🤦🏼‍♀️ but did 10 boards!

On that note... my full time job (I am a realtor in stonewall) has kicked in high gear with the spring market upon us. So with that being said I absolutely love making my charcuterie boards for everyone however my clients that I work with are very important to me and I need to take care of their needs 110%. I am now asking for 3 days notice/requests on my boards. I cannot commit 1 week ahead of time at this time. I can’t guarantee that I will be able to fill all orders requested if I have appointments booked with clients.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! But I sure hope I’ll be able to do all requests like I did last month ♥️

One lady 2 boards. 10x10 and 10x14. These boards weren’t going to be eaten the same day. My solution to this is BREAD 🥖

No one likes soggy crackers. So my two options are to use an assortment of breads or make the spaces on the board for crackers but send the crackers separate.

The Grazing Doe Board 😍

In my opinion no charcuterie board is complete until it is served on a beautiful wooden board.

The smell, the feel and the look of a wood board just completes the whole aesthetic of them.

When I started this whole journey this is the one thing I knew for sure, was to find someone local that could make my boards. A way to give back and a way to support someone from our home town. And by the looks of these I sure did! Chris Arbez makes all of the Grazing Doe boards.

I had to ask him yesterday if he would get sick of making them after I messaged him yesterday with a bigger order than normal after the grazing doe went live 😂 he gave the best answer “nope” thank goodness!

All Charcuterie boards are made on these and packaged in white box for delivery or pickup!
